"Centrally located and comfortable"

Property was clean and well positioned. Bed was comfortable. Gym was very impressive, pool less so. Hotel Was apparently recently renovated.

I was to receive a free up grade with my booking through bookings.com. It looks like I got a free Downgrade! I could see from the evacuation map it was the smallest room on the floor, on the third floor and near the pool! Expensive but I guess you are paying for the location.

We loved our stay at the outrigger and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It’s very close to the malls, beach, restaurants. We enjoyed doing the activities and able to move around to do the activities.

"Ok for a no frills stay."

Good location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Room was run down. Ceiling flaking off and housekeeping never vaccuumed it. Had to switch rooms upon arrival due to malfunctioning A/c. Bed on but pillows need upgrade.
