the bed mattress was terrible did not get a good nights sleep. the pool area & outside grounds are clean need more lively entertainment music

We recently stayed at the Hilton Grand Vacations in Kaanapali. The rooms were spacious, but definitely felt outdated. The shower was a bit tricky to operate, and the kitchen lacked a hob, which made self-cooking quite challenging. Unfortunately, on our last day, we found a cockroach in the kitchen, which was disappointing. On the positive side, the pool area was great, and the beach access was beautiful — both definitely highlights of the stay. With some updates and better kitchen facilities, this property could be much more enjoyable.
