Fantastic facilities close to the Las Vegas strip for a family. The kids club was fantastic, as were the pool facilities. Great eateries onsite and the free shuttle was excellent!

Impossible to get hold of via email before trip! Not allowing you to prebook a cot. Travelling 20hours on a red-eye flight with a 1 year old to be told we can only 'request one' on arrival, and if they have one they'll deliver it within 30 minutes. The one that did arrive was half ripped. Also strong smell of poo around pool every now and again!

Some of the staff such as front desk and concierge were very helpful and courteous. Lazy river is always a hit with the family and was very clean. My kids always love the beach sand at the pool too. Room was clean overall and the pull out bed was actually big enough for my 2 kids. Customer service with front desk manager was excellent. They send you a txt to ask how your visit is going and i had some issues I reported that got sent to manager right away. They called me and even gave us some Tahiti bucks for the inconvenience.

Other staff such as the bellman, one of the housekeepers, one of the bar tenders, and lifeguards were very rude and never smiled. Unfortunately we weren't treated as well as the last time we were there and felt like we were bothering staff when doing their jobs. I had my boy ask the bellman if he could bring out a cart for luggage and he had a whole discussion with him about not being able to give him the cart but didn't offer his services either and I had to eventually tell him we needed help, even though he saw us unloading all our luggage in the front. The housekeeper was rude to my husband and told him only 2 pillows per room even after he told her he had called for more bc he has back issues. The bar tender was just rude and felt rushed to order. The lifeguards never smiled and kept whistling at a mom that kept telling them her kids knew how to swim and were just going under water playing. One of the blankets for the pull out bed was clean but ripped and stained. At night our room smelled like smoking and not sure if coming from the vents. We couldn't even air it out bc windows dont open. Some of these things I didn't bother reporting bc I felt like I was complaining too much but they are valid things the resort should focus on addressing so everyone can have a great experience.

Amazing scenery super fun. Water Park met a lot of great people.

The parking is terrible and it seems they waste a lot of the handicap parking which I needed with striped lines that are unnecessary, UTA rules from the parking lot stripe to the checkered box is only 3 feet on each side of the vehicle, suggest making more handicap parking

The lifeguards at the lazy river area over the wknd first of all are too young for such an important job. All day all I heard was cussing talking about their personal life out loud and especially the young girl with the mega phone yelling at the lifeguards sitting in the chair tower from across the pool. Very disappointed in what was happening.

Ambiance was lovely and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was close enough to the strip to get there quickly but far enough away to enjoy some quiet.

The couch was uncomfortable and TV in living area too far away, plus the lights had to be off for good viewing from the couch. The return vent in the bedroom was covered in dust and the AC itself was on the wall right by the bed so you had the loud blower right next to your head but it provided white noise if you use that to help you sleep and if the temperature permits you could turn it off. The Tv in the bedroom would not work properly for us (no sound even when set at 40+, remote barely worked - quick fix with a text to staff- someone came within 10 minutes and the issue was solved in the next 10. Previous guest unhooked remote sensor and stuffed behind TV - staff member said people seem to think it’s a camera when its actually the sensor for the cable box that is behind the tv.)
