Prince Resort

Location was of the room was fair,parking was a Hazzard, construction zone behind us and infront, nice lady at check in,

People playing stupid music, elevator smelled like pot,Pier restaurants sucked,unfriendly staff and bad food

Absolutely nothing like how i remember it this hotel had became raggedy and filled with pest

The property has a pest problem found 2 roaches in the room one at the headboard and one behind the sleeper sofa. Thank god we seen it soon as we checked into room but they didnt do a good job at accommodating me and my children with another room had to spend additional money to book another room and the black gay man was standoff as if he didnt care to fix the problem like they knew they had roaches he was just looking like oh well its just a roach i dont even have roaches at home so why would i come on a trip and accept that.

The room was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Spacious, great views of the beach and ocean. It was very clean and NO odd smells. (I travel a lot and it's hard finding a place that doesn't have weird smells)

Staff was underwhelming. As soon as you check in, you instantly get funneled to "Carol" who tries to sell you on a better vacation, blah blah blah. Quite irritating after a 7 hour drive, when all you want to do is check in and settle in. She's was very persistent even after I told her I wasn't interested. Just what everyone wants is to get harassed before you even get to your room. Really unfortunate, bad business.

We enjoyed our 1 bedroom Oceanfront room...it's right over the Cherry Grove pier which it really beautiful at sunset and night time when the reflexion over the water...customer service was great even check in was quick. Love that they don't stress you into a presentation...this place is a little dated but well kept and clean...love that we had more then enough towels and wash cloths with full kitchen washer/dryer...parking is across the street in the garage...we do definitely be back for another stay...Hopefully the construction in the area will be done by then...if you are looking for family friendly area without the headache of tourism and traffic the is the place and area everything you need close by bar restaurant groceries store and beach all in walking distance
