Really enjoyed our stay! Close to everything we like ….beach, restaurants, nature, Smithville. Staff, food, room were great. We’ll definitely go back.

Friendly staff, cute and comfortable room, good unique breakfast and will be served outside, in lounge, or breakfast area, pleasant and well-kempt outside surroundings. And, price very reasonable for AC this time of "post" Covid year.

We had a wonderful stay at the Pitney house. Wonderful customer service and a beautiful room.

The property overall was a bit smaller than I imagined but very charming. I stayed in Room 15 in the Red Barn and I loved the aesthetics! The building is a recent addition to the rooms, so the room smelled fresh-like a new house smell. The only thing I’d change is having a larger trash receptacle for the sitting area/wet bar. Also the AC in the bedroom wasn’t so loud- or moved to the sitting room- so that we could hear the television that’s in the room.

Very pretty place with garden and trees. Rooms very nice and clean.

I stayed here with my sister and we had the most pleasant stay. Staff was warm, room was very clean. I would stay again anytime!
