Everything was excellent and I will return. I would hope to get a room on the second floor next time. At my age, climbing three floors of steps is not easy.

The property is beautiful. The staff was lovely, very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. They has snacks as well which was very nice after a 2 hour drive. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves and will return.

This was a very beautiful historic house in a very beautiful town. The grounds are lovely and it is a short ride to the Historic Town of Smithville. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a charming getaway!!
