Villa Montaña Beach Resort

Insanely spacious 2 bedroom villa. Responsive staff. Well maintained property from a cleanliness perspective. Great access to beach. Easy parking.

Expensive. Especially as amenities a bit shabby. And basics like coffee were daily charges. Lawn at main pool flooded and lots of mud even 2 days after rain storm. Clothes dryer did not work which impacted towel situation.

This was an adventurous trip for us because we had very little information before we booked our stay in Puerto Rico and we went knowing less than we usually investigate. We stayed in Villa M. for 4 total nights and while it was a short stay we really liked the vibe and the attitude of workers and of course the product. We ate at their restaurant twice every day and never got tired of their quality and quantity of the meals. The large villa we had was like staying in a home away from home experience and we felt very comfortable. I think it would have been better to stay for more nights because it was a very calm experience for my whole family. The world is a big place and many things to experience and I don't think we will go back but if you have not been there, we recommend Villa M and we recommend 7-10 days stay.

Villa Montana is a gem in Puerto Rico. Have lived in PR for 9 years and I love coming to this resort for quiet and nature. The new executive chef at Eclipse is fantastic and you are 10 minutes to fabulous restaurants and additional beaches

First room had a toilet leak. Second room had rotten smell bed sheets. Not coming back.

Beautiful place, beachfront, excellent pools, tennis court, kitchenette, lovely landscape, excellent reataurant in site. We love it.

Not as good as advertised. The room had a number of things that were wrong with it. Door to bathroom would not close - Fridge door would jam when trying to shut it, fridge door was open when we arrived. The screen on the phone did not work, could not see who you were calling. The fan in the bathroom did not work either. Closet furnishings were shabby. On the plus side - Air Cond worked great - the food and waitstaff were excellent. The both pools were excellent. The beach was nice but the furnishings at the beach were worn badly and did not look to have been cleaned in ages...
