Timothy Beach Resort

Overall, the experience was good.

Check in was super fast and they had my room available early. It has a nice pool area and is conveniently located next to the strip for dining and drinking options.

Small condo type hotel. Well maintained grounds. Rooms a little dated but very clean. Would not normally stay in 3* property but it was on recommendation and suprised how pleasant. Would definitely return

The room was ok. The reception to the restaurant closes to the hotel was not welcoming. There were no other customers there, yet no one greeted us. We sat ourselves and then got the menu from the bar after we asked for it and was told “at the bar”. We left without ordering. The next restaurant was more welcoming, but the food was horrible. It looked and tasted like a mixture of old leftovers put together.

Everything

The property is near many beach front restaurants. The staff was very attentive and kind. Our room was cleaned almost every day we were there and they even washed the dishes! Everything was beautiful and kept up with.

Average property, the mattress in our unit was thin and you could feel the springs against your back.

Sanita our housing assistant was so helpful. She was kind and offered grocery shopping suggestions that saved us money. She IS the reason we'll return to Timothy Beach Resort and beautiful SEA! Love your resort and the Suite! Room 31 was awesome. Thank you Sanita!!! Lisa and Court

This is our 2nd stay at Timothy Beach and ut was better than last year. The beach is very accessible and we snorkeled right there and ot was the best. My only complaint is the mattress and pillows are awful. But hey, we didnt go there to sleep.

Our stay was without knowing the property would be challenging for wheelchair use. However, the receptionist did everything possible including a upgrade to a location that was more wheelchair accessible. And that consideration continued with all the resort staff, doing all they could to make our six day stay less demanding for the wheelchair use. Thanks again to all.
