Property is near the beach, shopping, grocery and restaurants. I loved how the room is equipped with all cooking tools with complete dining utensils. Very clean, beds and pillows are so comfortable. They also have ice machine, vending and laundry area. Front desk people are very helpful and all nice. They have umbrellas,chairs, beach towels and toys to borrow if you go to the beach. We are so happy with our stay and enjoyed Sarasota. We will definitely come back. This place is highly recommended.

Very clean, remodeled very efficiently. The bed was good and the bathroom was clean and remodeled. The office staff was very accommodating.

The biggest problem for us was the furniture was not comfortable for the end of the day relaxing. The stairs were a problem and unexpected, I should have asked.

The location was pretty closed to siesta key beach. It had a transportation that could take you to the beach or the village just by giving tip. Loved the full sized fridge

It wasn’t very clean. Towels were stained it looked reused from last guest. The first day we arrived we found bugs in our bed, we immediately told the employee and all he said it’s Florida and we don’t have control of the bugs. Behind the couch it wasn’t clean we found stain in the courtsins and something sticky in the floor. Bathroom had hair in the tub. No elevator and I was at the second floor. Pool closes early.
