The River Inn

Very nice hotel very friendly staff ( all front desk and Seif the bell captain) spacious room with many facilities, comfortable beds , location is nearby cafes, restaurants and transportation.

Amazing location and within walking distance to so many things...the suite style w kitchenette makes it perfect for families or those staying longer in the area. Close to Foggy Bottom metro station GWU campus, Watergate...staff were especially professional and friendly. Also rare to find hotels these days with full tubs!

This property has been operating since 1956, and definitely has a quainter, vintage vibe. I liked it but maybe not for those used to newly built everything everywhere. Also note: this hotel is in a more residential area of DC, that being said certain rooms give a birds-eye views of residents backyards and you may be woken up the occasional bbq party ;)

Suíte muito grande, praticamente um apartamento. Dormi no quarto e meu filho na sala. Televisão em ambos os ambientes. Havia uma cozinha completa, que não cheguei a usar. Banheiro básico mas funcional. Localização do hotel muito boa, a um pulo da estação de metrô e com muitos restaurantes nas proximidades. Fizemos quase tudo a pé. A cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada de Georgetown e de Downtown. Cama confortável. Roupa de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Arrumação diária da suíte eficiente.

O hotel é antigo, precisa de uma renovação. Há um leve odor de esgoto, desagradável, na acomodação. Apesar do quarto ser enorme, além da cama há apenas uma cômoda e o armário embutido. Não há sequer uma cadeira nem maleiro para colocar a mala em cima. Precisei pegar duas cadeiras da mesa de jantar e levar para o quarto. O sofá cama onde meu filho dormiu era bastante ruim, colchão precisando de substituição urgente.

Each room has a kitchen and Trader Joe’s is a few block away. There’s a laundry downstairs. Location is fantastic

Localizaçao excelente a 10min de Georgetown e das margens do Potomac. Apartamento amplo e com cozinha completa, com acessorios adicionais sob demanda (frigieira, papel aluminio, potes)

Sofa cama não deu pra usar, pois o colhcao estava muito usado e tinha um "vao" no meio que machuva as costas.

Comfy rooms with full kitchens close to GWU and Metro in a charming neighborhood.

Great hotel. The staff is very attentive. We also had dinner and it was delicious. Close to The National Mall so you can walk to many attractions.

A hidden gem in DC! This was our first trip to the city, and we were not disappointed. From the moment the valet helped us unload the car to the beautiful king-size suite, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly communicative, the room was spotless, and the location could not have been better. We felt we received great value for our stay and would highly recommend this inn to any fellow travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient home base in DC.
