USLocation right on the beach
Water was completely off when we arrived, I understand things happen but they offered us no help in figuring out how/where to use a toilet during the 12 hours it was off and we had to purchase our own water (these are basic needs!). They made no adjustment to our final bill but offered a token $25 off their activities, which is nothing. Staff seemed overwhelmed.
USNice landscaping, convenient location. Very short walk to Whalers shops and several restaurants, like the Hula Grill.
Very strange that they haven’t rebuilt beach walk on the beach side of the Kaanapali Alii. The walk goes along all of the hotels below and above the Kaanapali Alii. Awkward. It would be nice if they had a bar will a bit of snack options on premises.
Our vacation was amazing! The place is just a few steps from the beach. Snorkeling right there off the property we could see turtles and all kinds of fish. We also could see whales offshore every morning. Beat vacation ever!

Our unit the window made a howling sound with wind. They fixed it some but not completely. The bathtub topper was very difficult to turn if you wanted to take a bath. Otherwise it was wonderful.
CALocation was great, our room had an amazing ocean view and lovely lanai that we spent a lot of time on. The kitchen was very well stocked. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Only negative would be having items like aluminum foil in the kitchen. There was plastic wrap but it would have been helpful to not have to buy that item for a 4 night stay.

USSo beautiful! You will not be disappointed. Located on the most beautiful beach in Maui. Accommodation was so gorgeous. We had a full kitchen with everything one needs to prep and make meals. I seriously cannot wait to go back.
Wow. I knew this place would be good based on the reviews but I was blown away. It was quiet and spacious. The pool was beautiful and we were less than 5 mins walk from Whaler’s Village. The walk to Black Rock via the beach path isn’t bad either. Whale watching tours come right on the beach and we could see whales at breakfast! Highly recommend. Half the price of the chain resorts and you get a kitchen.
