Great rooms, amazing grounds, beautiful swimmable bay and soft sandy beach. They top it all off with amazing consistent service and fun activities you can choose to participate in. They have a restaurant on site that offers fun Happy Hour and great breakfast, lunch and dinner so you never need to leave! Stunning sunsets each night. Great experience.

This resort is Old Hawaii. No elevators. Quiet and beautiful resort and surroundings. Views and location are second to none. Clean rooms and nice staff.

Incredible stay at Napilli bay. From check in to out the whole trip was just beutiful and amazing The grounds at this hotel are so well kept, gorgerous flowers and gardens everywhere. You can walk to just about anything, it was really nice. The aalkway to thw beach from rooms is so well kept, just gorgeous views. So breath taking. We truly had an amazing vacation.

Loved this place. Almost everything met or exceeded expectations. Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, great room with amazing view (#240 oceanfront corner). We paid the extra $250 direct to the hotel to confirm that specific room which was a great option if you want to guarantee a top floor, etc. saw dolphins and turtles right from our balcony. No resort fee and free parking also great. Lots of included activities. Beach chairs are free, no umbrellas so we bought one at Costco in the way which worked out well. Only a few downsides. The landscaping crew weed cutting and leaf blowing right next to the beach and restaurant one morning from 9-11 was a bummer, but I guess they have to do it sometime. A lawnmower and rake might have been better. We walked all the way down to the other end of the beach to get away from it but could still hear it. I come to the beach to relax, so… also, our first dinner and first breakfast at the Sea House restaurant were both disappointing. But other means there were fine. Excellent Bloody Mary and Mai Tais. Loud HVAC noise on our balcony from the building next door, but again, it had to be somewhere. Wish they relocated it to the parking lot side.would stay again. Very relaxing and gorgeous spot.

Super friendly staff. Best beach on Maui. Great pools with views of the ocean. Snacks for the kids. Fun activities! Would recommend to everyone!

Excellent 5 stars! I am so happy we chose Napili Kai for our big trip. We stayed in Puna 2 and the views, the room, the staff and amenities were top notch. We felt like royalty. Sheryl who serviced our room was a dream. Thank you!!! We are at OGG right now and looking to book again. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Overall nice stay but we had a huge cockroach in our room. The beach and surrounding nature was great though, especially for snorkeling. Could be a cleaner hotel as a whole.

Staff was so friendly. Our room had the most beautiful view and was clean, updated and stunning!
