The chateau is not too far from the mountain so it’s easy to get there. The facilities are fantastic and the vibe is very cozy. The staff were very pleasant as well.

The room was all the way in the back with not the best of views because of the treeline and the shuttle they advertise only runs on weekends and in July which was a bummer because we had to then take the car to the mountain.

- pool nice but freezing, waterfall was a nice touch - very clean -great bed and linens

- kitchen can use basics like oil, salt, pepper - fridge not very cold -no telephone in room - scotch bar was closed - fireplace unavailable

Very close to the village and located in a cozy, quiet neighborhood.

The faucet in the main bathroom of the master bedroom was not working, and we ended up changing rooms. No apology was offered for the inconvenience. In the second room, the faucet worked, but the drain was almost completely blocked, making the master bathroom difficult to use. The Jacuzzi water was very hot, and the pump was not working. In addition, the indoor pool was noticeably colder than the outdoor pool.

We booked an 8-person condo, but there are beds for only 6 people. The sofa bed is extremely old and very uncomfortable there’s only a couple of centimeters of padding, so it feels like you’re sleeping on metal bars. The hotel staff know this as well, but they say they can’t do anything. As a result, two people couldn’t sleep at all. This unit should be rented for 6 people, not 8.
