Les lieux étaient tes propres et grands

Nous avons réservé une suite à deux chambres sur Booking.com puisque le tarif était un peu moins élevé. Par la suite, nous avons fait une demande de modification afin d’obtenir une suite à trois chambres. Pour ce faire, nous avons passé environ 45 minutes avec leur service. À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, on nous a informés qu’il n’était pas possible de nous offrir ce type de chambre, puisque la demande n’avait pas été transmise. Nous avons donc dû nous séparer et une personne a dû prendre une suite seule, ce qui a entraîné des frais supplémentaires de 160 $. De plus, nous n’étions pas logés à proximité les uns des autres. Nous trouvons la situation très regrettable et aurions apprécié que ces frais soient absorbés, étant donné qu’il s’agit d’une erreur de votre part. Bref, nous ne prévoyons plus réserver à nouveau avec Booking.com.

Le lit escamotable, le fait d’avoir 2 toilettes, la suite avait tout, on a pu voir de près le lac à l’arrière, l’architecture de la chambre famille. Ma fille a pu voir le paysage autour de l’hotel.

La grosseur des condo, l’emplacement, les lits dans les chambres, les salles de bain, l’insonorisation

Les lits sofa son impossible, four, frigidaire très vieux, pu de navette pour le transport, pu de buffet déjeuner comme avant, le prix ne cesse d’augmenter mais les services diminue et les chambres sont à moitié rénover

Chambre confortable et parfaite pour une petite famille

Il faudrait qu’ils retirent de la description Google de l’hôtel toutes les photos de la salle à manger puisque le restaurant de l’hôtel est fermé depuis 2 ans. Nous avons dû sortir à nouveau pour aller chercher une commande de souper, autrement cela prenait 1h de livraison.
