Great location, roomy apartment, great amenities. Super close to the water and not too far of a walk to the wharf area.

Reception attendent was most helpful. Daily service to the room was excellent. Room was comfortable to stay with my family .

This place was great, plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 children, the children loved the pool. The place had been well looked after, Would love to go there again. So near to everything. The only thing I wasn’t keen on was the car space, if you have a big car not a lot of room to get into the space, but not much you can do about that.

Since our group consisted of five members of family and friends, it was important to find a location that could accommodate our needs. We needed 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as be conveniently located to the city, shops, grocery store, restaurants, etc., as we wanted to explore the streets and walked everywhere. And we found all of that at the Waters Edge Apartments in Cairns. We were very happy with the location -- it was only minutes away from the grocery store, restaurants, and the night market. We enjoyed walking along the Esplanade, which we found amazingly beautiful and safe. The apartment was clean and convenient; however, the only complaint that some of the group members experienced was the mattresses in two of the bedrooms. The twin mattresses seemed to sink in, which made their sleep very uncomfortable. Besides that issue, we all agreed that we would stay at this location again.

My family of 5 stayed in an apartment with an ocean view on the 5th floor in July. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We good have lived forever in this house comfortably! It was very clean and had everything we needed plus more! Beds made daily and new towels left if needed. The kids had a ball in the two spacious pools available on site The owners went out of their way to give us direction on where to go during our stay and made an effort to speak to us about our plans whenever they saw us. Just a 10 minute (or less) relaxing walk along the esplanade brings you to the main strip of cairns which was good on the weekend to be close if needed but far enough away from the noise of the town. Muddys cafe was accross the road so was great for the morning coffe to get us going. Overall we had a great first time visit in cairns and can’t wait to return. There is so much to do . 7 days wasn’t enough

Very friendly and helpful staff, nothing was an issue. Beds made and clean towels each day. Very clean appartment when we arrived, accepted us for s very early check in. Will definitely be going back

We booked a 3 bedroom swim out apartment 4 months prior to arrival. Despite the building being near empty when we arrived they stuck us in the apartment which faced the toilet block of Muddy Creek Cafe. This side was also next to a cheap and noisy motel. Added to that because it was on the ground level, there was also an issue with security, because the children’s bedrooms could easily have been reached from the Abbott street side through a patio entry. Obviously the managing agents did not want repeat business from us, nor will they get it.
