We rented 2 units 705 & 401 and both were very dated and in need of furniture upgrades. And 401 desperately needs both bathrooms updated. However the patio & view was excellent. 705 does not have a full length mirror anywhere which us women need! They both provided lots of kitchen stuff except 401 we could figure out how to turn the stove on and used the microwave instead.

This is a FANTASTIC property, right on the shores of Wailea Beach. We stayed in a garden view condo and it was immaculate. Check in was easy, parking was even easier, and they were there every step of the way via phone or text should we need anything. The property is secure, we were able to let our toddler run around with us without a worry. Conveniently located between the Andaz and the Wailea Beach Resort on the famous Wailea Beach path, it doesn't get better. Can't wait to come back.

Quiet, the view and beautiful landscaping. We loved how easy and close the pool was to our unit. The beach access was private and the waves were calm.

The location is great. Been arranging lodging with Destination Residence for years... wonderful service. However the unit Wailea Elua #1602 had a very strong odor (musty) coming from the kitchen that it turned us off cooking... they need to really address that. For almost $700 a night, I think that's unacceptable.
