"Great stay lovely staff - transfer were expensive"

Great facilities & breakfast Staff were all extremely friendly

The location was an issue to get to from the airport and getting to bergamo. The public transport was not available from airport - buses to bergamo were irregular but it was possible. It cost the same as my room for transport I highly suggest the hotel arrange a shuttle or agree deals with local taxis.

Die Lage und die Grösse der Zimmer und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Die Umgebung der Anlagen war ebenfalls ansprechend.

Für ein 4-Sternhotel, waren wir enttäuscht, dass das Zimmer, keine Paper-Taschentücherbox angeboten hat. Das obwohl eine Küche da war, keine Teller, Besteck etc. vorhanden war. Ausserdem entspricht es nicht einem 4-Stern-Standard unserer Auffassung nach, dass beim Nachttisch neben den Nachttischen keine Anschlussmöglichkeit vorhanden ist und z. Beispiel mein Handy aufzuladen etc. Nach unserer Auffassung sind dies Ausstattungspunkte die normalerweise bie allen 4-Stern-Hotels vorhanden sind. Es sind manchmal kleine Details die über sein oder nicht sein entscheiden können
