The Marshall House, Historic Inns of Savannah

Staff was outstanding! From valet, housekeeping, to front desk representatives, everyone was so polite and attentive to detail. Even the restaurant adjacent to the property was great. Would definitely stay here again!

The staff was helpful and gracious. There were nice touches (ice cold bottles if water, guest socials) that distinguished the experience. Right in the middle of everything. Yes...it is haunted

This is a must stay for my daughter and I every year we visit Savannah. Hands down the best

Was wonderful

Bathroom a little small but nice. Pricing a little off. We came with another couple who paid what we did and had a bigger and nicer room and view. Staff was great. Every single one. Kristen King was great and Wayne was a great host both nights.

My husband and I stayed there on a short couple getaway. It’s a beautiful historic hotel in the heart of Historic Savannah. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They have a great free happy hour with wine and cheese. One night they had trivia and another night they had a great harpist that played everything from Metallica to Moon River. They also had a good hot breakfast that was included. We didn’t eat at the restaurant attached, 45 Bistro, but others said it was very good. If you stay there and have a car, it is a lot cheaper to self-park in the city lot right behind the hotel rather than valet with the hotel.

It was a historic hotel so it had all the old house quirks

like the hotel one it was haunted and we did have an experience everyone was friendly breakfast was good about the only negative was regarding valet parking was not explained properly

The hotel staff was wonderful, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect! We will definitely stay there every time we visit Savannah.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend staying at The Marshall House to all friends and family.
