Fantastic comfort & charm.

Room very very clean, staff was very nice and helpful. 10/10 will be staying again.

Loved the 5pm wine & snacks in library nightly with music Also the complimentary bottles of water and coffee are a really nice touch. Staff are very hospitable & friendly.

Everything was wonderful and the staff are excellent and very helpful.

Overall, our stay was wonderful. I think that the cleanliness of the hotel could be improved and some updating of the lobby would be a good idea. Loved having the bar and restaurant connected to the hotel - especially when the weather is nasty!!!! Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

Amazing hotel right in the middle of Savannah. Convenient to everything! Breakfast was cozy and delicious. Reception areas welcoming. Free ice cold water in the lobby. Hot coffee in the morning. 5 o’clock wine and cheese hour. ❤️

I was greeted with a friendly smile. I had missed the wine and cheese hour but they offered me wine if I wanted. There was cold water and feared to me anytime I left. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. It felt like a small town hotel in a big city. I would come back again. The room was comfortable and clean. I loved the character of the hotel. I felt very welcome.

We arrived in Savannah early and was able to check in to our room with no problems. Valet staff was very friendly and courteous.
