The ambience, the excellent staff from the front desk to the kitchen staff made our stay most enjoyable.

Very nice and comfortable property. But the greatest pleasure was the staff. Friendly and helpful beyond any norms. Difficult to find employees like this.

Amazing facilities in a historic setting. Everything is within walking distance. Room was spectacular and super comfortable bed. Staff were always engaging and friendly.

Early check-in made travel much less of a hastle. The concierge and property staff were very accommodating and consistently asked if there was anything more they could do for my wife and I. The property itself was very lovely, and the garden suite in particular offered a unique escape at the end of each day. Would recommend snd will attempt to book here again.

Dining and sitting area should be vacuumed every day. Wasn't done at all during 5 day stay,

We stayed in many historic houses but this one didn’t meet our expectations. It is in a poor shape and not very convenient location. Straight shot 23 steps up is not easy to struggle with. Room need upgrade and even hangers were not provided. Personnel was great, helpful and friendly I wouldn’t recommend orderly people to stay there Because even front porch has 13 pretty steep steps stairs plus walk to the closest dining is about 20 minutes. Thou park is just 5 min walk and it is great.

Service, breakfast, and comfort were excellent!

The bathroom in the Eli Whitney room needs updating, shower grout, etc.

Excellent Customer Service and excellent all around staff and breakfast was excellent.
