A great first experience of Puerto Rico. Eddie was very helpful and friendly. Everything close by and the beach is a just a couple of minutes walk from the property.

It is nice but it is difficult to find a parking.

The location was close to all, was the only positive. The place is old and worn, mosquito ridden. The ceiling fan looked like it would fall on top of me when turned on. The bathroom was literally a closet. The paint was peeling on the walls, the door did not lock and the fridge didn't work. Would never stay here again.

It's a nice, clean place in a very convenient location. Eddy's service was very good; he's very kind and attentive.

This was an excellent in to stay at during my visit, and very tropical vibes awesome plants and trees outside the property you can tell is cared for. I’ll be able to show this age quite frankly they didn’t have any issues with the property at all if you’re ok with staying at her local more traditional establishment even if it doesn’t look perfect this was a great option for me

I like this place, I think it's a great deal or it was for me at a price point of $90 for a regular room, it would NOT be a place my sisters or my mother would love. It's quite dated. It does actually have Metal shutters (no actual glass windows. so you will want to keep them closed to keep your your room cool. The room had a wall unit (ac) This property is quite dated, but it's clean. It's just older.. As a guy, it was perfect. There are no amenities on the property really but you can walk to just about anything. I lucked out with the price I was going to go back through this week, but I noticed the prices jumped up quite a bit heading into a holiday.
