"Hilton Honors Members don’t get benefits at all Hiltons, some just fly the flag"

Staying at hiltons through out the year, being a long term Hilton honors member. I had to make a quick stop at this hotel to send some emails. Lady at the desk told me I needed a room to get lobby wifi. Never had this happen to me, even when staying at a Hilton and I needed to use the lobby wifi.

"507p room cleaning"

It's 503pm on our 3rd day of 'never again at this property' and we are still waiting for housekeeping to provide clean towels and tidy the hotel room. Seriously..not a good example of how to provide hospitality and service to paying guests.
