Before and after the stay, the host was very helpful and responsive in every matter, which I really appreciated. The room and towels were clean.

However, I was woken up very early in the morning by excessive noise from construction work in the city. Also, since the hotel is located on a steep uphill area, reaching it while pulling a suitcase was quite challenging. It would be nice if the room included a bath mat, a kettle, and complimentary bottled water. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few areas for improvement.

Linge de lit et de toilette taché, alèse de lit très tachée et pleine de poils et cheveux. Signalé à la réception, un des réceptionnistes plutôt antipathique, attendu +40 min d’avoir nouveau linge alors qu’il était déjà tard. M’a donné alèse pour lit simple et non pour lit double

Für eine Nacht war das Hotel absolut in Ordnung.

Leider war weder ein Babybett (trotz Anfrage) im Zimmer, noch gab es auf Nachfrage ein neues Bettlaken, ein Überzug für eine weitere Decke (die wurde benötigt, war aber nicht überzogen) noch ein drittes Handtuch. Laut Personal war die Lieferung mit frischer Wäsche nicht gekommen und das Hotel ausgebucht, daher hatten sie einen Engpass. Auch wenn sie nichts dafür konnten, hätte ich mir eine Problemlösung gewünscht anstatt es einfach so stehen zu lassen. Ebenso fiel abends die Klimaanlage aus, was mit Baby und 25 Grad um 2 Uhr nachts leider sehr ärgerlich war.
