"pratique car à 6 mn de la gare Gaviniès (Tram F et A) desservant l'hyper centre de Bordeaux en 10mn"

pratique car à 20 mn de la Gare St Jean par le Tram F. appart lumineux avec vue dégagée. locaux communs comme salon et salle de travail bien adaptés

la douche est peux pratique car le débit d'eau est très faible au 6ème étage
