La mala atención del Director del hotel. Desagradable, sin ninguna empatía... Difícil de entender que alguien con ese perfil pueda estar al frente de un hotel donde la atención al cliente es importantísima. Prefiero no comentar nada más de este individuo. Cargado de maletas, la habitación en un segundo piso sin ascensor. Le comento a la empleada que a causa de una operación médica no puedo coger pesos y si es posible otra habitación en planta baja. El individuo estaba escuchando y se dirige a la empleada diciéndole... Que paguen un suplemento si quieren otra habitación. Sencillamente impresentable este tipo.

Emergency rebooking as the chosen accommodation became unavailable. Out of town, so good if you just want to get on your way quickly, but not so great if you want to see the sites. Good sized room, if a bit warm. Breakfast included in the price.

Near the river, so there were lots of small flying insects. There was a kitchenette in the suite, however there was almost no equipment, no preparation tools, cutlery or plates.
