It was very clean.

We could hear all the traffic in the room thru the night, people reving up thier loud piped cars.

Bianca is AMAZINGGGG !! Truly so empathetic and accommodating, very tentative to her guests! Cleanliness is always a 10, staff is very highly appreciated and recommended. Room is beautiful, courtyard is stunning: thank you all!!!! Had a rain bubble in the roof when checking in and once front desk knew they switched us room asap and comped 2 dinners !! Amazing !! Thank you guys 💜

Ubicación del hotel, zona tranquila, cerca de Avenida McDowell que conecta a areas comerciales, residenciales, por otro lado cerca del freeway, pero sin percibir ruidos que afecten. Estancia relajada, ambiente tranquilo, familiar, viajando familias y personas solas. Amabilidad del personal de recepción de diferentes turnos, sensación de buen recibimiento, hablan ingles y español, con cordialidad y respeto, el restaurante, mobililiario austero, limpio, moderno, tipo vintage, personal amable,personal amable, buen servicio, buen alimento, podria mejorar la variedad de alimentos. Personal de servicios generales amables.

Observe y me llamo la atención que me había puesto unas calcetas limpias para dormir y las dejaron adentro de las sábanas, no las sacaron ninguno de los días que estuve. Hace dudar si realmente las sacuden o solo las jalan para que se vean tendidas, podrían supervisar esos detalles. Si cambiaron las toallas de secarse y la del piso fuera de la bañera, aunque me fijé que no limpiaron o trapearon bién esa área de la toalla de piso que suele mojarse. Sugeriría poner crema, digo para el tipo de hotel si lo justifica, lo he visto en otros hoteles que no son de esa categoría, también una mini pasta dental y cepillo chico. El agua de la ducha/regadera adecuada en cantidad y temperatura de buena regulación.

The front desk staff welcomed me with a smile. She was great to work with. The room was very clean. I have been staying in a lot of hotels and these were some of the better beds. When i was checking out the staff was great on checking me out. I would stay there again.

The stay was ok. If i was witg my family i would have rated it less. The customer service was awesome but the cleanliness of the room was terrible. The extra blanket was full of long brown hair and same with the sofa. You can tell that the towels in particular the hand towels were used. The floor was vacuumed because there was dog food from the previous guest. I don't think I'll be back.
