"My stay there a few years ago and my current stay was night and day. The place has gone WAY DOWN!"

The location of the hotel to the funeral I had to attend

The room was filthy, the phone was filthy, the light switches were filthy, the lamp shade was broken, the lower bed was filthy. There was some type of dirt/corrosion on the bathroom door. We arrived in the dark, at night. There was no sign stating this was the Country Inn and Suites. The sign had been removed on the street sign AND on the hotel itself. I am not even sure it is still a Country Inn and Suites hotel.

"It’s eh"

Breakfast was good. Good location.

The room was dirty. I had to use the restroom so I went soon as I walk through the door and there was pee all over the seat. The bed is very hard, my back still hurts from sleeping on it. The shower water flooded the whole bathroom floor. For almost $100 a night, could be wayyy better.

"Will not be staying here again."

At check-in time (3pm) room was not ready. Staff didn't seem to care that we were inconvenienced. When we got back later to check-in, no one was at the counter to check us in for a while. A line had formed at the counter with other guests. There was a sign that she would be back shortly. Finally got checked in, went to the room, & had to kill a roach crawling down the bathroom wall. Shower area was rusty & old, did not give a clean feeling.

"Didn’t like the fact my daughter had bites all her body"

That the next day my daughter woke up from sleeping on the pull out couch she woke up with lots of bites
