Clarion Pointe Columbus-Bradley Park

The bed was comfortable, perhaps it was the manager who offered to clean the room as housekeeping had left for the day.

The property could use a renovation, mainly the rooms. I could see the light from the hallway through door frame, so it didn't make me feel secure. The toilet was old and was dirty around the screws to the seat. The iron had not been wrapped up and there was a zip lock bag of items along with the lid to a cup lying on the closet floor. They had to bring me an ironing board, and there were crumbs between the refrigerator and the dressers. The patchwork done by the mirror in the bathroom was horrible, and there were tiny insects on the air conditioning unit. Scratched up furniture, rusted lampstand and the room we were to move to looked worst than the one we were in, so we endured the one remaining night, but we won't book there ever again.

The location is great. You are close to a lot of food spots and a Walmart.

The hot water could have been hotter, and house keeping just comes in your room without checking to see if you’ve already checked out or still there😒 And the indoor pool could use some cleaning.

The pool area smelled like mold. The bathtub was dirty

Location was good and Hotel had Free Continental breakfast, indoor pool and good parking. Rooms are very equipped and comfortable beds

The water wouldn’t get Hot enough to take a shower on the first night so I called the desk and they said we were on the wrong end of the Hotel idk, she said something about the water heater but she said let it run for about 20 minutes smh. That didn’t work so I got up around 7am we got our shower yeah 👏🏽

Staff were kind and did their best with what supplies they had. Sheets were not changed the entire 5 night stay, but liked the facility calling in staff to help due to staff not showing up, too bad they didn’t get to our room. We didn’t try breakfast, purchased our own, but it was available. The location was great!

Towels were not available after first night. We had to either share a towel or use a face rag to dry off. No towels at work out gym, pool too dirty to swim, and no towels to dry off with if swimming was an option. Room was cleaned once for a 5 night stay. We chose hotel for the indoor pool, (training triathlon), but unable to swim.
