Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Worth-West-I-30

The pillows were cold and soft, and there were plenty of them. Breakfast included S’mores waffles shaped like Texas.

The toilet was so low that I felt like I was falling trying to sit on it.

The pool and the gym were closed. We booked it mainly because it had a pool. Son was very upset because he couldn’t get in the pool. Breakfast wasn’t kept up very well coffee was usually out among several other things. It was hard to find someone to ask for things they were out of. The bathroom sink drain was also clogged up in the room.

At first, we were given a room in which the bed was not made, like when it’s used. Went back down at the front desk and we were given a different room that’s cleaned and made. they made things right. What they can make an improvement on is the cleanliness near the elevators, the non-carpet area seems sticky. And the elevator floors as well.

I thought that the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room wasn't vacuumed or as clean as it usually is. Other than that it i would stay there again if I came back.

Let’s just say that this is the 2nd Hampton that Hilton needs to reconsider being apart of their chain! This is a very dated hotel (outside looks as pictured for Hilton quality - that’s about it), location is centrally located off I-30 (only plus), room beds are bricks and might need to be checked for bedbug infestation (carpet had little brown bugs as well around the air conditioner), breakfast was lacking (pancake mix not replenished) and actually was not tasty at all (juice machine didn’t work - bottled cranberry juice not replenished - 8a) correction juice machine didn’t work the worker turned it off and when asked for bottled cranberry juice stated there wasn’t anymore and went and turned the juice machine on with “ONLY” apple juice in it. One more Hampton to take off my never stay again within the Hilton brand. As a Hilton member it saddens me to the fullest because it’s the only brand I patronize even to resorts that I’ve been in.

Called 1 hour ahead to confirm with front desk they had a working hot tub. Was told yes, paid extra for a hotel with hot tub, and it didnt work- cold filthy water. Uncomfortable beds, seedy area, this is the worst Hampton Ive ever stayed in

Staff are great! Pool was closed and gym is in terrible shape. Rooms are clean and the hallways are hot.
