The room was filthy. When we moved the sofa to face the fireplace, the dirt underneath was disgusting. Even the bathroom had visible dirt and stains. We paid a lot for this stay, and it was absolutely not worth the money. We will never go back.

Beautiful premises. Cozy room. Very nice restaurants a short distant from the hotel.

All pools (inside and outside) were a bit cold for our liking. The jacuzzi was warmish. A few times staff walked in and kept the door to the outside open. That was a bit annoying. The restaurant was way overpriced. No cookie should cost 16 dollars. It is likely a better experience in a warmer part of the year.

Spa was amazing, great massage, great pools. Excellent dinner in beautiful room. Grounds were also amazing. We did not eat breakfast due to the high price. You can only charge so much for breakfast.

There was black mold on the glass on the door to the deck in the room. The window shade could not be opened as the pulley string was broken. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the lid was broken and sharp.
