Eagle Aruba Resort

Pablo (the bell captain) was very helpful and hardworking. Overall room was fine except very noisy refrigerator (we don’t reported to FD). FD manager was helpful upon check in, she offer us different room. Resort atmosphere is very good, good service offering and easy access to Eagle beach.

If you want a beautiful getaway with the family, right near the beach, this resort is a must. HOWEVER, the front desk service is surprisingly bad for a resort this good. Long waits, 25% competent staff, the rest varies, and some simply should not be employed in the customer service arena. I needed something for our kitchen that was supposed to be included (baking pan). We didn't have one in our room, so I asked the front desk for one, and they said they would have one delivered. They delivered a toaster oven. No worries, I went down, returned the toaster oven, and happened upon what seemed to be 4 'executives' and seeing my toaster oven asked me if something was wrong. I explained the situation and they laughed and assured me I'd have one delivered to my room immediately. It was not, and when I returned hours later to inquire what was up, I was informed that they had none. When I inquired why I was told that one would be delivered to my room (not once, but twice now), they simply apologized. I've worked in the customer service arena my entire career. Setting false expectations is the absolute worst you can do. When you fail to deliver multiple times on requests, and then claim 'sorry'...that is TRULY the worst you can do in customer service. To the people who want to come here...Please do. It's a great resort. Just know that you will not be able to believe anything the front desk tells you. To the 'execs' that I met in the lobby...do better.

5 Pablo Hoyos bell captain was great also Brooklyn at the bar made the week a lot of fun. Happy hours are the best 3 to 5. All the staff was welcoming.

Pablo the Bell captain was amazing as always. The activities people were the great. Always have fun doing activities. Everyone who works here is exceptional

Era imposible conseguir una palapa en la playa

el tamaño de los deptos y que te cambien las toallas todos los dias.

La limpieza un desastre. la atencion del personal no es irrespetuosa pero ni te saludan con caras de amargados todo el tiempo parece que les estas pidiendo un favor en vez de que es su trabajo. lentos pra responder requerimientos. se ponen a limpiar el restaurant cuando estas desayunando teniendo que levantar las piernas para que pase el trapo. lo puede hacer 15 min antes. se ponen a hablar entre ellos y si estas en el medio tenes que escuchar toda la conversacion a los gritos porque estan lejos entre ellos. no hay asistencia de bar en la playa, y las opciones de comida muy escuetas y pobres no hay variedad .
