I am seeing that there are quite a few negative reviews, but I really don’t understand them. This trip has been wonderful! Everything is clean, the staff is super friendly, it’s all lovely…the spa, unfortunately needed some renovations, so it was closed when I was able to go after work, but things like that need to happen and it makes sense that work like that would happen mid week in the late afternoon/evening. A kind staff member texted me to let me know for sure that the whole spa area would be closed, which I really appreciated. I am working remotely while accompanying my partner on a business trip, and the personal touches, like company-branded room keys, are really nice - especially because they are celebrating a milestone. I would stay here again for personal travel, and being a Marriott Bonvoy member is helpful… It will get you three hours of use in the spa and probably other perks, but I haven’t checked them out. We did get a room facing away from the atrium, and sleep has been great. Can’t speak to what it would be like otherwise. But don’t let the bad reviews scare you, this is a lovely place to be.

This was our second stay here. Bed and pillows were so comfortable. If I had one complaint it would be towels were thin and small and not too soft. But the bed and pillows made up for it. Love the hotel with the balcony. Pool was a good temperature and very clean. There's cheaper parking across the street for $25 for 24 hours so that was nice.
