"Mold, used Q-tips, and unkept room"

Dirty and unkept hotel room. Never cleaned even when requested. Found used cotton swabs on floor, mold in bathroom floor. Was supposed to be there 4 days. Left on day 3 instead of continuing to stay in filth.

I love that the staff was diverse. Hotel layout, amenities, great.

Plumbing is LOUD in room 402. Jumped flushing the toilet, my body wash bottle was empty and housekeeping didn’t show up once (I did not have a sign outside my door) so I’m not sure why they sipped me.
