No housekeeping service provided, room was small.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for our daughter’s soccer tournament. It was a very disappointing stay. The hotel offers housekeeping only every other day—purportedly for guest’s “comfort.” Coming back to a dirty room was very unpleasant. When we asked for someone to make up the room, we came back to find—inexplicably—that only of the two beds was made and we’d be given a stack of towels, and a stack of linens. I guess “the plan” was to give us the option of making our own beds? Nothing else was cleaned at all—even the trash was left overflowing. No valet parking. Inedible breakfast that closed by 10am. All in all, a disappointment. We won’t be back.

My stay was good overall. My only issue was the mattresses used on the beds. They are very soft and used. I believe it is time for them to be updated.

Wasn’t the worst stay, but wasn’t the best.

Parking for the building is not intuitive and hard to find without going in and asking first, which is a pain as theres no parking outside the building. In the corner room, there is a giant pillar that prevents the curtains from closing completely, leaking in light.

Small room, bit beat up and the temperature is fixed so you can't really get the room cold. Shower water pressure also comes and goes. Stay were friendly and helpful

Excellent stay in a nice, walkable area. Will stay again.
