"Every employee should be like Sean."

I had a three week stay for work. The staff was wonderful to interact with every day. Sean definitely stood out as the model employee. He was very knowledgeable and if he was not helping guests, he was cleaning the lobby. The location of the hotel is as good as you are going to get for access to the amenities in town. The carpet in the hallways is some of the dirtiest I have ever seen in a hotel. I made the mistake of not putting on shoes and walking down the hallway and back in socks. When I looked at them back in my room, the bottoms were almost black. A good professional shampooing of the carpet would go a long way in making the place look and smell better.
