Residence Inn Kansas City Airport

We didn’t get the chance to stay at this property because it over booked. They did provide us a new location at a different hotel - but we were told we’d get a refund for the room at the original property & they would cover the night cost at the property they were sending us to.. we have yet to be refunded as promised…

Very nice, very clean. Had a room with kitchenette and it was well stocked. Bed was great. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Nice indoor pool and the exercise room was also very clean and nice- as well.

First night we were in a room where the A/C was not working, but they gave us a new room with working A/C that was larger and nicer at an even better rate for the next night. The water is too soft for me, it's hard to tell when the soap is washed off when it's like that

All workers were very helpful & accommodating. The room was bigger than expected & the beds were comfortable. Very clean room & enough space to open all 5 suitcases. Room was dark to allow us to sleep in. The shower nozzle is really nice.
