Location was excellent, nice place for the price.

Not as clean as it could be. For example cat food on the floor. Hairs on floor and tub. Pool was not open as it said it would be.

For one they didn't have my original room that I booked with the Jacuzzi, so I had to switch rooms the room was not the cleanest didn't have a trash can or anything..

"NASTY, HORRIBLE ,"

There was a young lady at the front desk upon arrival was very nice and pleasant also the young lady on the overnight shift that was trying to help but the manager was not nice at all and conduct bad business I will be calling the health department as well as a lawyer because he basically is stealing from me and I didn't stay at the property but the first night because so drove up 10 hours

When I got to hotel and went to cook there was roaches & as I pulled my sheets back it was stains and very dirty I explained to manager he was supposed to to give me refund because I did not stay at the hotel and now that I am asking what's going on with the refund he refuses to cooperate with booking to return my money. I have the pictures and the recording of him saying he will give me my money but he won't respond to booking.
