Well, where do I even start. We did not find the shuttle. It was not where it was supposed to be at the time indicated. We took an Uber only to find out upon arrival ( 10 pm) that our reservation was cancelled. It was cancelled in error by the hotel, no apologies were offered, nothing at all, the front desk gentleman was as hostile as it gets . Mind, I do have 2 kids which by midnight home time are very tired and cranky. My booking confirmation which was produced as reservation proof had zero effect on the front desk, as he said my reservation is not in the system and that's it. So much for using you, booking.com. The hotel was fully booked but after what seemed forever they did find us a room - very different from what we booked. The loft offered was on the third floor ( Good luck with your heavy suitcase as there is no elevator) - and had a neck breaking staircase from the entry door leading to loft bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs ( Good luck with your suitcase again ). I do not understand who on earth came up with this design for rooms for an airport hotel where people have luggage - that's a total of 4 floors you are schlepping your suitcase up the stairs. The hotel in general is very dated, floors are coming apart, bathroom walls have cracks and mold. The room safe is not working so you have to carry all your valuables around. It is so so different from the gorgeous pictures of the pool area you see when booking. But even all that wear and tear and mold was in my mind dwarfed by the heartless front desk person. It is so difficult to find nasty people in Costa Rica but voila - they did. I am genuinely surprised they are still in business. That bad.

I did not like the hotel, I absolutely hated the service and I do not recommend this facility to anyone. There are a few other hotels up the road ( doubletree, etc) in the same price range, you are much better off elsewhere.

Good location and lots of room for a family of five.

The rooms were a little tired and the staff were pleasant but not as welcoming as elsewhere in Costa Rica.

The facilities were nice and well maintained, although they are starting to show their age. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. Overall, the property was pleasant and convenient for an overnight stay near the airport.

The main issue was the noise. The property is very close to both the airport and the highway, so there was constant traffic noise from trucks, motorcycles, and other vehicles, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Also, our room did not have shampoo or body wash available in the shower, so I would recommend bringing your own toiletries just in case.

la gestion d'un groupe qui a fait hurler la musique toute la journée autour de la piscine. Le personnel a très mal géré. Ils ont néanmoins reconnu leur manque de professionnalisme et se sont excusés, ce qui j'ai grandement apprécié.

Une implication plus forte du personnel pour faire cesser le bruit.

Excelente trato. Las instalaciones muy bonitas.

Missed the shuttle from airport as no one advised us of the new pickup point.

Hotel zit aan een drukke weg,waar je niet veel van hoort,dicht bij het vliegveld, en voor ons was het zwembad heerlijk om in de ochtend voor vertrek nog even te ontspannen.

Hotel is echt aan vernieuwing toe,beetje uitgeleefd maar voor 1 nacht prima.
