Palliser Lodge — Bellstar Hotels & Resorts

Impressive double connected rooms. Our room had a living room, dining table and full kitchen with a laundry. Great for family or travelling with friends.

It was tricky checking in due to a change of ownership but this was the shoulder season.

Please Do Not post this score. We were unable to get into the lodge unit after 3 codes attempted. New management was trying very hard to assist but no maintenance staff were available to help. We left after 11/2 hours and were pleased to be cancelled and fully refunded. Kudos to Julie in Calgary

Decent size room, very remote high up the mountain

No staff on site, neither as prior indicated at the neighbouring hotel. Couldn’t get our key nor our door code and were waisting over an hour in hotlines, where the first number we were given they were not in charged and kept referring us to a different number. Overall a very bumpy to rally annoying arrival after an already long day of driving.

NO hassles. Self-serve check-in worked great! Very comfortable room. The Nespresso was very good 😋

The hot tub was cool at the bottom and war on top. There was a lot of grit at the bottom of the pool. Obviously had not been check in a while. 😒

Le confort et la qualité de la literie et mobilier.

L’accueil catastrophique. L’accueil situé dans autre bâtiment était fermé. Aucune information sur nos chambres.Le numéro de téléphone à disposition n’à pas résolu le problème. Grâce à l’aide d’un résident nous avons pu connaître enfin nos numéros de chambre. Une chambre n’à pas pu être ouverte par les différents Code fournis par téléphone.un rendez-vous été nécessaire pour obtenir une clé. Nous n’avons jamais vu de personnel.

Room was clean and well appointed.

Check in was a bit challenging.
