There was nothing that we liked. We would have expected to be treated with kindness, respect, compassion, and empathy — all of which seem to be nonexistent with this company. The lack of parking, security, poor customer service, and total disregard for guests’ safety and comfort is unacceptable. Yet again, we are requesting a full refund. We will never return to this location or any other La Quinta and do not recommend this property.

Our experience at this location was unacceptable. We were made to believe in advance that the property had adequate parking and space for guests traveling with U-Hauls and car haulers; however, upon arrival, there was no available parking. As a result, we were forced to remain in our vehicles in freezing conditions with our young children. Staff advised us to park in a nearby business’s lot, while also warning that our vehicle could be towed, which is not a reasonable or safe solution. The lack of parking accommodations, poor customer service, security and overall lack of compassion and concern reflects very poorly on this location. This issue has been raised previously, and yet again, I am requesting a full refund. Due to this experience, we will never return to this location or any other La Quinta property. This stay demonstrated bad customer service and a lack of care for guests. We do not recommend this property at all.

The location was great, check in list easy. Rooms were very spacious and provide you free, shampoo, and conditioner was a plus especially while traveling. But most of all, the free breakfast was great. Would definitely stay there again.

The only issue we had was the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Didn't spend too much time in the room, but if I would have not sure if I could have laid in that bed much longer. Would you suggest a pillow, top or something.

Things broken and not fixed. Fire door on end of building broken would not open, Reported twice and still not fixed. Fire door should be fixed immediately due to safety issues.
