Front desk staff was friendly

Room was disgusting. Carpet was obviously not vacuumed. There were blotches on the outside of comforters that smeared when touched. Sign of comforters not being washed. Bathroom was not clean. I looked under the sheets and saw the mattress... and that was it!!! Stains that appeared to be not even cleaned or treated. It was a discount. $30 difference between that and legitimate hotel is not worth it. This place was gross.

"Unexpected Surprises in Stay."

No Wifi, No Indoor Pool. I still went in, but water was Very Cold. Love the pool if it was Heated or INDOORS, No Shuttle Service to nearby Restaurant like other Quinta Hotels.

The location was great and the shower was hot and had dove shampoo, conditioner and body wash

Our room was not cleaned properly. Our bed sheets were not changed, I had to ask the receptionist for new sheets. We also found a complaint letter in the tip envelope about blood being on the towels and the room not being cleaned. The couch was stained and the tv did not work properly. Also, the WiFi sucks.

"Bed Bugs"

During a recent stay at the La Quinta by Wyndham in San Antonio, I experienced a deeply unsettling and unacceptable situation: I was bitten by bed bugs. I noticed the bites after the first night—clustered, itchy welts that appeared on my ankles and legs. Upon inspecting the mattress, I found clear signs of infestation. The discomfort persisted throughout my stay. This incident not only disrupted my trip but raised serious concerns about the hotel's hygiene standards and guest safety protocols. I’m sharing this to warn others and to urge Wyndham to take immediate corrective action. No guest should have to endure this.
