Convent area friendly staff

Room smelled bad, floors felt sticky and wet, bathroom was in horrible shape, mold in the shower, door doesn’t open without scraping the floor. Sink fixture is not attached to the counter. The exterior doors are not secured and just anyone can walk in from the back or side. We booked off good reviews and the experience was not good. Female staff was friendly but when the issues were brought to the attention of the male working the desk in the morning denied knowing there was any issue with our room. They charged me $430 including a 100$ hold fee, then the next day charged me another 263$ now I have two charged against my account until the finish “processing.” Never had this issue booking through hotels.com before.

Someone was caught stealing from the marketplace so check in was slow. The room was dirty. You could feel the dirty carpet when you walking with bare feet. The pool was FREEZING. Breakfast was Blah. I would not stay at this property again

It was awful!!!!! We came here just for the pool and it wasn’t even working!!!! When I booked the room it said the pool was open!!!! Then we can’t even get our tv to work!!!!!

Good size room. Nice firm bed. Grass needed mowing.

I requested additional coffee for the room coffee maker. The night manager at the front desk wanted to sell me 3 packages for $9.99. I told him that was outrageous and he then said 99 cents each. I said I have been to a lot of hotels and room coffee was complimentary and started to walk away. He then said he was kidding. I think not.

The hotel was okay. Nothing special. The room was comfortable enough. Pool not open. Breakfast had a little hit food. It was nor good. If you're just wanting a place to sleep it is fine.

Property felt dated and a little dirty. Good location tho.

The phone didn’t work, they gave us three towels for a hotel room that sleeps 6. The bathtub faucet was loose. The room was recently painted, and there was overspray on the carpet and doors which I originally thought the carpet just needed to be vacuumed. There were also stains on the lampshade and cushion of the couch. Staff was nice and the bathroom was clean. Beds were really comfortable. I felt like the price was too high for the condition of the room.
