"Pretty good"

Breakfast was good. Morning staff worker was good.

Pool water was too cold for the kids. The bed in room 421 was broke and we didn't know about it until our daughter cut her leg on it. It was the bed closest to the window.

The food was okay. And location was okay

The pool heater was broken and have the items that are needed when asked for. The ac was not working right. Plus they need to update the check out time on the doors.

"Decent stay overall, but the roach problem was a major downside."

The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed while still being outside the busy city area.

Unfortunately, we encountered roaches during our stay. Although staff moved us to another room and refunded one night while comping the other, we still saw more insects afterward. The hotel itself was otherwise clean and well-kept.

"Nice over but would like a little bit of a refund for the inconvience of the toilet."

The property was nice in a good location easy to find

The swimming pool was freezing cold for being an inside pool would have expected to be a little warmer to be able to swim and the bathroom toilet did not flush and the lady said she would check it and didn’t so our whole stay we didn’t have a working toilet.

"The worst hotel i have stayed in"

The location wasn't bad

The pool wasn't heated it was so cold the kids couldn't swim, the parking was terrible, and for breakfast they didn't even refill the food there was a ton of people that left cause they didn't check to see if anything was empty
