Fairhaven Hotel on Woodfield Road

Everything about it, lovely cooked breakfast and choice of cereal and juice. Nice big pots for tea and coffee giving three cups on morning. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities in the very clean comfortable room. The owners or very pleasant and welcoming always happy to help. Family run so far better as they take pride in there establishment. Good advice given on best places to visit and very close to everything. Value for money, would definitely be back again.

Nothing everything was perfect

I booked this hotel for my mum and dad who are computer illiterate. They had a 2 night stay at the venue and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The hotel was very clean, the hosts were extremely nice and had their room ready before their arrival at dinnertime. Over-all they couldn't have been happier with their stay and would definitely stay here again and would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone.

Just returned from a weekend away with my wife, The hotel was in a great location, very central. Gaz and Alice were very friendly and welcoming hosts and made us feel at home, breakfast was spot on thanks to Gaz, overall very enjoyable stay, will definitely return and would highly recommended, thanks.

Recently stayed here for the weekend with my 3 children. After a nightmare journey we arrived. Alice was very friendly and welcoming from the minute we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and comfy! Breakfast was lovely and filling , plenty of choice and set us up for the day! Really cannot fault a thing . Will 100% be back. Thank you for a lovely stay :)

very pleasant helpful owners helped me to carry case up fee flights of stairs

it advertised parking however what should of been advertised was there is just few spaces outside the building drove around for long time to find parking

When we arrived, booking.com hadn't made the reservation but had still charged us, the owners of the BnB were amazing but didn't have availability for us, they went and arranged for us to stay at a different BnB down the road and said they would pay and get the money back from booking.com, they provided breakfast for us every morning and even let us use their bar area to watch the football! Absolutely fantastic service

Ease of access to the promenade and central location. The proprietors were lovely. very welcoming and friendly The breakfast was lovely and a great cuppa!

The room was a little tired and dusty in places. The neighbours, in the building next door, had an all night party, waking us up at 4.30am.

Location was good

Found the host very rude we said good morning on 3 occasions and was totally blanked. I asked him for a hairdryer on the first day as there wasn't one in the room, this was never done. there was milk in the room on arrival but after that they never came up to top up the milk so we were never able to have a drink in the room. I wasn't expecting the room to be cleaned daily but with 4 of us in the room the least you would expect is being able to have a brew. We felt that gary was not at all the perfect host and felt he didn't have the time of day, not once did he speak to us as a family.
