"Great price, location, staff, and just all around good place to stay"

Pet friendly and no size limit on pets even though we didn’t have our dog with us. Breakfast was great. Location was great walking distance to food and shops. Laundromat was only a 3 or 4 minute walk away.

Only complaint was the room had a musky smell which I have found fairly common in hotels.

"Took my brother to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg for the first time. Seems like the place was rundown."

The outside pool was low on water, jets were not working and the bottom of the pool was dirty.

The bed was not good for my brother.

The property was very close to all the attractions and trolley’s. It’s was very accommodating and we loved Kimberly she made our breakfast very enjoyable.

The only thing that was a minor inconvenience was the key cards had to be reset several times.

Facility met our needs. Location was convenient to our activities. Elevator was a plus.

No outdoor chairs to sit on outside our room. Outdoor pool not heated. No towels conveniently located at the outdoor pool area. No hottub.
