Everything was awesome. Mrs Kim in the breakfast area was excellent and very nice. She needs a raise. Rooms were clean and fresh beds were perfect for me especially. Location to everything was awesome didnt have to drive far if at all to any attraction. Would definitely stay here again

Wifi needs some work and breakfast needs some flavor

My friends and I had a great time stay at this Baymont property in pigeon Forge. The front desk staffs, especially Kelsey was very welcoming and helpful. Not to mention the Front office Manager, Ms Thompson who was incredibly warm and very pleasant in ensuring that our stay exceeded expectations. I will definitely recommend this place. (Anderson)
