Terrible customer service! Reserved a room with A/C and got one without and hotel would not change the room without extra charges….and this is after they have admitted their own site is incorrect and listed A/C in the room in error. In addition, after landing at 5 AM, they would not let us into our room even though it was ready at 1 PM (2 hours before official checking) unless we pay $35. They made us wait till 3:00 PM sharp…not allow us a minute earlier into our room. Stay somewhere else.
