Proche de m eau. Belle situation. Charme de cette vieille villa. Moins typique à l intérieur. Ma chambre pour une personne donnait sur le bâtiment. En se penchant un peu de jardin. Propre. Tout à fait correct pour le prix. Belle terrasse. Je prendrais avis pour redonner un charme vrai et cohérent avec les lieux
