Please note that we have two rooms adapted for guests with reduced mobility (PRM) and feature a large walk-in shower. These rooms, belonging to our "Classic" and "Executive" room categories, can be assigned subject to availability, even without prior request. Please note that access to the relaxation area incurs a fee and is available upon prior reservation during weekends and busy periods. The property accepts payment in cash, Chèques Vacances holiday vouchers, credit card and American Express. Please note that guests aged 15 years old or younger cannot access the wellness area. The restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays all day. Your dog is welcome for an extra 40 € per night, one dog per room, we do not accept other animals.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Nous avons aimer l'emplacement de l'hôtel le restaurants et le petit déjeuner le confort de literie et surtout la vie depuis le balcon

Nous n'avons pas aimer .la salle de bain un peu vielle et pas adapter au personne handicaper, les volet qui ne fonctionner pas correctement et le bruit d'eau qui coule dans le radiateur de la chambre

Superbe hôtel bien entretenu. Personnel très gentil et réactif. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie est idéale (parfaite pour le dos !). Vue magnifique sur le lac et petit-déjeuner frais avec beaucoup de choix. Une valeur sûre à Gérardmer.

L'insonorisation (bruit de pas assez prononcé)
