I would have liked decaf coffee to be available in the room. Also no milk was available in the room. Otherwise very good choice.

Live music in the bar very loud, spoiled the fabulous ambience.

Grounds and pool area was amazing.

Very inaccessible, unless you have a car. No public transport (i.e. train/bus). The hotel also does not offer shuttle service. The only option if you don’t have a car is a taxi service coming from Brindisi which costs about €50 one way. Also a surprising lack of attention to detail for a expensive 4 star hotel, we had a bath towel with a hole in the centre, the dustbin in the bathroom was broken and rusted, and the bar meant to be open from 1600-0000, however there was no bartender.

Super séjour, grande piscine, chambre spacieuse. Petit déjeuner buffet avec beaucoup de choix. vaste parking. Il faut avoir une voiture pour se déplacer. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

The location was beautiful although not very central if you do not have a car.

We had cold water for half our stay so cold showers, only after 2 days there was warm water. Food in the restaurant was disappointing, for a 4 star hotel I would expect a 4 star service as well. Only reception staff spoke English restaurant and bar staff only spoke Italian.
